AI Agents as a Service

AI Agents as a Service

Agents built around your business, not a demo.

We build AI agents scoped to a real job in your organisation, connected to the systems you already run, and handed over with the access model, approval gates and logging that make them safe to leave running.

What an agent does here

A job, not a chatbot

Reads and extracts

Pulls structured information out of the documents your business runs on — invoices, forms, contracts, reports — and puts it where it needs to go, flagging what it is not sure about instead of guessing.

Triages and routes

Classifies what arrives, decides what it is and who should handle it, and escalates the ambiguous cases to a person rather than picking the most likely answer.

Researches and assembles

Gathers what is scattered across your systems into one place, cited back to source, so the person making the decision starts from a brief instead of an empty search box.

Drafts and prepares

Produces the first version of the routine output — the reply, the summary, the record — for a human to approve, edit or reject.

Follows up

Watches the things that go quiet: the case with no reply, the record left incomplete, the approval that never came back. Chasing is exactly the work people forget.

Checks and reconciles

Compares what two systems say and surfaces the differences, which is most of what reconciliation actually is.

Common questions

Before you get on a call

Will our data be used to train someone else’s model?

Not under the configurations we deploy. We use enterprise endpoints and contractual terms that exclude your data from training, and where the sensitivity warrants it we will deploy against a private or self-hosted model instead. Which applies to you is written into the design document, not assumed.

What happens when the agent gets something wrong?

It will, which is why the approval gates and the reversal path are part of the build rather than a later addition. The design question we ask at the start is not whether it can be wrong but what it costs when it is — and anything expensive stays behind a human.

Do we need our data tidied up first?

Less than people fear, but not none. Part of the first phase is telling you honestly whether the data supports what you want to do. If it does not, that is a smaller and cheaper problem to fix first than a failed agent build.

Who owns what you build?

You do — the configuration, the prompts, the integration code and the documentation. If you decide to bring it in-house or move it to another provider, you can, and we will help with the handover.

More from AIONYX

The rest of what we do

Managed IT

A remote helpdesk for everything your people touch to get work done — laptops and desktops, Microsoft 365, printers, the network, and the vendors behind them. Available 8/5 or 24/7.

Managed Security

A SOC watching your environment 8/5 or 24/7, with your EDR and your identity threat detection and response run as a managed service rather than a console nobody has opened since it was installed.

Security Assessment & Compliance

Security assessments and audits that tell you where you actually stand, and hands-on help reaching a compliance framework and staying inside it once the certificate is on the wall.

Process Automation as a Service

We map a process end to end, cut what does not need doing, then use AI to automate what is left across the tools you already own.
