Managed IT

Managed IT

One number to call for all things IT.

A remote helpdesk covering everything your people touch to get work done — their laptop, their Microsoft 365 account, the printer down the hall and the network underneath all of it. Available 8/5 or 24/7.

Coverage

What we support

If your team uses it to do their job, it is in scope. The list below is where most of the work actually lands.

Endpoints

Laptops, desktops and mobile devices — setup, updates, encryption, remote support and the whole lifecycle from the box arriving to the device being wiped and retired.

Microsoft 365

Exchange, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive, plus the admin work behind them: licence assignment, mailbox and sharing permissions, mail flow and the tenant settings people only notice when they are wrong.

Identity and access

Entra ID accounts, groups, single sign-on and multi-factor. Joiners get the access their role needs on day one and leavers lose it the same day — not at the next audit.

Network and connectivity

Firewalls, switching, wireless, VPN and remote access, plus circuit faults and the ISP conversations that go with them. Monitored, so we usually see it before you call.

Printers and peripherals

Print queues, drivers, scan-to-email, badge readers, conference room kit and the long tail of devices that never appear on anyone else’s scope of work.

Servers, backup and vendors

On-premise and cloud servers, backup jobs checked rather than assumed, restores tested, and coordination with your line-of-business software vendors so you are not the messenger between two support desks.

Coverage hours

8/5 or 24/7

Both tiers cover the same scope with the same engineers. The only difference is when you can reach them.

8/524/7
HoursBusiness hours, Monday to FridayEvery hour of every day, including weekends and holidays
Best whenYour operation runs on a normal working week and out-of-hours issues can wait for the morningYou run shifts, multiple time zones, or systems where an overnight problem is a next-day outage
EscalationNamed engineer during business hours, on-call path for anything we agree is criticalLive escalation path at any hour, with the same named engineer owning the follow-up in the morning
ReportingMonthly, plus a regular reviewMonthly, plus a regular review
Response and resolution targets are set per client and written into your agreement before onboarding, because they depend on your estate and what you consider critical. We would rather agree a target we can hold than publish one that sounds good.

More from AIONYX

The rest of what we do

Managed Security

A SOC watching your environment 8/5 or 24/7, with your EDR and your identity threat detection and response run as a managed service rather than a console nobody has opened since it was installed.

Security Assessment & Compliance

Security assessments and audits that tell you where you actually stand, and hands-on help reaching a compliance framework and staying inside it once the certificate is on the wall.

AI Agents as a Service

AI agents built around how your business already works — scoped to a real job, connected to your systems, and handed over with the access model and logging an auditor would expect.

Process Automation as a Service

We map a process end to end, cut what does not need doing, then use AI to automate what is left across the tools you already own.
