Discovery call
What happens in a discovery call
A discovery call is a 30-minute conversation with the engineer who would actually run your work — not a sales rep reading from a script. There is no cost, no obligation and nothing to prepare.
We listen first
You tell us what brought you here: the compliance deadline, the process that eats your week, the phone system that keeps dropping calls, the cameras nobody can log into. We ask questions and take notes.
We map your environment
Sites, staff, the systems you already own, who supports what today and where the gaps are. Ten minutes here saves weeks of assumptions later.
We talk options and fit
We tell you plainly which of our services apply, which do not, and roughly what an engagement looks like in scope, sequence and budget. If we are not the right fit, we will say so and point you elsewhere.
You get a written summary
Within one business day you receive a short recap of what we heard, the options we discussed and suggested next steps. No proposal is sent unless you ask for one.
Useful to have on hand
- A rough headcount and number of sites
- The core tools you run (Microsoft 365, ERP, phone system, EDR, cameras)
- Any deadline, audit, renewal or incident driving the timing
- Who else in the business should be in the room
What we will never do on the call
- Ask for passwords, remote access or credentials
- Quote a price before we understand the scope
- Pressure you into a decision on the phone
- Share your details with anyone outside AIONYX
